Nikhil Bajaj as an Experiential Marketing Expert and a Visual Merchandising Specialist brings about two decades of experience in curating and managing a wide bouquet of about 250 plus events and 75 plus Design & Build Projects.
Nikhil has created a niche for himself in the Automobile sector and has extensively worked with the leading Automobile 2 Wheeler giant Hero Motocorp where he has been instrumental in getting a complete turnaround in design implementation of about 750 plus showrooms and workshops as well as execution of 75 plus turnkey projects including a few greenfield ones.
Commonly known as MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) this covers a vast array of events both within India and abroad where Nikhil has contributed to more than 50 plus such events in his long and illustrious career with the key reputed media houses. This includes handling larger group of employees and corporate dealer networks.
An experience of successfully co-curating the content as well as managing the overall event and logistic operations for industry conclaves across 50 plus locations within India. Such events included focused group discussions, moderator-based category events specifically in the Medical, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Start Ups. A lot of state government and cultural events specific to various states across the country form part of about 150 plus events that have been delivered over the last 10 odd years.
Over the last decade Nikhil has been deeply involved in co-creation of certain Marquee events and has been instrumental in not only creation of monetizable ideas, he has ensured that these Marquee events become bigger with each passing year for the respective brands that he had been associated with.
Creation of an IP more as a brand that grows year on year with every year adding freshness of execution ideas while the core of the product remains same has been the hallmark of the thought process with which Nikhil has approached this and not only a revenue generating vehicle.
Nikhil started off his professional journey in the sales function and continues to hold that as the most passionate and core area of strength for over the last 30 years across various roles and industry verticals. Along the journey spanning three decades Nikhil has successfully launched various start up functions within established organizations with market penetrating strategies that have shown remarkable results over the years.
